TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective September 10, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Flight Ops aircraft management platform operated by Beats Driving ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your login. Each primary account holder may own one organization; linked member logins are tied to that organization at no additional charge. Notify us at admin@beatsdriving.com of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
New organizations receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription: $4.99 per month or $48.00 per year for a single aircraft, or $8.50 per month or $96.00 per year for multiple aircraft. Subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time. Access is granted for the paid period and ends on the paid-through date if no further payment is recorded. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice effective on your next billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data, reverse engineering or scraping the platform, uploading unlawful or infringing content, interfering with service operation, or reselling access without our written consent.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the aircraft, maintenance, flight and pilot records you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit and for maintaining any records required by law.
6. Not an airworthiness or regulatory record of authority
The service is a recordkeeping and scheduling aid only. It is not an FAA-approved maintenance tracking system and does not replace required aircraft logbooks, maintenance records, inspection sign-offs, or the judgment of a certificated mechanic, inspector or pilot in command. You remain solely responsible for compliance with 14 CFR and all applicable aviation regulations, and for determining airworthiness before every flight.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, aircraft use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are unpaid, inactive, or in breach of these terms. You may cancel at any time from the Account page; access continues through the end of the paid period.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Beats Driving is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
