REFUND POLICY

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

Flight Ops is provided by Beats Driving Flight Management Systems, LLC. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, including renewal payments. This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions. The 7-day free trial is never charged, so no refund is needed for it.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at admin@beatsdriving.com and we will help.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are also handled under Paddle's Refund Policy.
