PRIVACY POLICY

1. What we collect

Account information (name, email, phone, password credentials handled by our authentication provider), organization and subscription details, payment records you enter, and the operational data you submit: aircraft, inspections, maintenance items, squawks, parts, reservations, flight logs and pilot records. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, authenticate logins, keep your organization's records, process and track subscriptions, send account notices (including expiration reminders), respond to contact requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Passwords

Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes by our authentication provider. Neither we nor any administrator can read or display an existing password. Access can be restored only through the password reset flow.

4. Sharing

Data within an organization is visible to that organization's members. We share data with service providers who host our infrastructure, deliver email, and process payments, only as needed to run the service, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember session state. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking these will prevent sign-in from working.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs. You may request deletion of your organization's data at any time.

7. Security

Access is protected by authentication and row-level access rules that restrict records to the owning organization. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your login.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact admin@beatsdriving.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes and contact
